Chocolate at its best!
With the vegan cream powder you can prepare delicious organic chocolate mousse. Made entirely without gelatin, the mousse can be cooked vegan with soy cuisine or vegetarian with milk and cream. Always melt-in-the-mouth and with 27% finest organic cocoa very chocolaty and incomparably delicious.
Vegan: Stir the powder into 400 ml of Soy Cuisine with a blender. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 min. while stirring. Allow to cool completely and whisk vigorously with a hand mixer. Chill for 30 min. and serve.
Vegetarian: Stir powder into 200 ml milk with a mixer. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 min. while stirring. Leave to cool for 20 min. Stir the cooled cocoa mixture well with the mixer. Whip 200 ml of whipping cream and add the cocoa mass while continuing to stir. Chill for 30 min and serve.
Ingredients: Raw cane sugar*, heavily de-oiled cocoa powder* (27%), corn starch*, gelling agent: agar agar*.
