An incomparable indulgence in Italian!
The Mediterranean dessert classic Panna Cotta is made with high-quality organic ingredients and rounded off with exquisite coconut blossom sugar. Prepared with soy milk and cream, it remains what it is - the first vegan Panna Cotta in organic quality!
Preparation: Mix the contents of the sachet of organic panna cotta pudding with 300 ml of cream, 200 ml of milk (or vegan with 250 ml of soy milk and 250 ml of soy cream), bring to a boil and simmer over moderate heat for 2 minutes while stirring. To turn out, pour the dessert into cold-rinsed serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hrs.
Tip: For an extra creamy consistency, stir in 1 tbsp. coconut oil while cooking.
Ingredients: Coconut blossom sugar* (53%), raw cane sugar*, corn starch*, gelling agent: agar agar*, bourbon vanilla*.
