Application: Washing hair with soap: How does it work? First get your hair really wet and then lather the soap directly on the head by rubbing it over the wet hair on the scalp, make sure that there is enough foam. Now massage the lather into the hair and spread it a little over the hair lengths.

Then rinse the hair well with an acidic conditioner ("Rinse") consisting of two tablespoons of lemon juice or apple vinegar to one litre of water. It takes some getting used to washing your hair with natural soap. By using shampoo and conditioner the hair is often very soft. But if you wash your hair with soap, the hair feels slightly dry. This is due to the soap's lower fat content, which does not harm the hair, however. On the contrary: people with oily hair benefit from washing their hair with soap.
