Add to the almond pudding: 500 ml of plant-based drink / milk, 3-4 tablespoons of sugar or other dry sweetener.
Preparation: Stir approx. 100 ml of the liquid with the content of the bag until smooth. Bring the remaining liquid to the boil with dry sweetener. Add the mixed powder. Cook for 2 minutes at low temperature, stirring. Put the pudding in bowls and let it cool down.
Tip: Spread the hot pudding on a baked shortcrust pastry, cover immediately with foil so that no skin forms. Put fresh blueberries on the cooled pudding and sprinkle almond brittles over it. Hmm that's delicious!
