The fine tart caramel pudding for big and small
Caramel pudding with a subtle hint of caramel. Made on the basis of caramel, bourbon vanilla, orange and a touch of finest Himalayan salt¹. Free of artificial flavors and gluten.
Add to the caramel pudding: 500 ml of vegetable drink / milk, 3-4 tablespoons of raw cane sugar or other dry sweetener.
Preparation: Mix about 6 tablespoons of the liquid with the contents of the bag and the dry sweetener until smooth. Bring the remaining liquid to a boil and add the stirred pudding powder. Cook at low temperature for 2 minutes while stirring. Pour the pudding into bowls and let cool.
Tip: Let the pudding cool in small bowls. Turn out onto a plate and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve with a fresh fruit salad of chopped mango and pineapple cubes and agave syrup.
