The naturally sweet cocoa substitute
The Biovegan Carob Powder is a good alternative to conventional cocoa powder and is characterized by its sweet, caramel malty taste and its purity. Free from caffeine, theobromine, gluten and lactose. Carob is obtained from the roasted and ground pods of the carob tree that grows around the Mediterranean.
Tip: Carob can be used in many ways, e.g. for drinks (1-2 teaspoons per 200 ml glass), cakes, cookies, desserts, ice cream, etc.
