Finally a vegan and low-fat alternative to conventional cream and plant cream!
Simply whip up the natural soy drink for 5 minutes and the vegan whipped cream is ready. Perfect for desserts, cakes, in coffee or with fresh fruits. Especially tasty with brittle, marzipan, almond mousse or nuts.
Dosage: One serving of finished whipped cream requires 125 ml of refrigerator-cold natural soy drink and 27 g (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) of whipped cream.
Preparation: Pour the cold natural soy drink into a tall, narrow mixing bowl, add half of the contents of the package. Beat for 5 minutes with a hand mixer on the highest setting. Serve cold.
Tip: A colorful whipped cream can be prepared with Biovegan Natural Food Coloring. Simply add the desired component to the finished cream, fold in, mix briefly with the hand mixer and that's it!
- Whipping is only possible with natural soy drink (ingredients: water, soy beans) without any additives (e.g. calcium, vanilla, Omega3)! Other plant-based drinks (e.g. rice drink), milk, cream or kitchens cannot be whipped.
- For the best consistency, it is recommended to prepare with half the contents of the package and 125 ml natural soy drink.
- If the whipped cream has been in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour, beat it again with the hand mixer for 1 minute before consumption.
