The special recipe of the Biovegan cake glaze without added sugar brings out the freshness of the fruit topping particularly well with its shiny and smooth consistency.
Preparation: Stir the contents of the package in 250 ml of cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring the liquid to the boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove saucepan from heat, stir occasionally and let cool for about 10 minutes until the glaze becomes somewhat creamy.
Spread the icing by tablespoonfuls over the top of the cake, starting from the center. The cake can be cut after cooling (about 30 minutes).
