Vanilla sauce with bourbon vanilla
The vanilla sauce can be served with desserts, apple strudel, ice cream and fresh fruits.
You also add: 400 ml of plant-based drink or milk, 2 tablespoons of raw cane sugar.
Preparation: Mix 5 tablespoons of the liquid with the sauce powder and 2 tablespoons of raw cane sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining liquid to the boil. Add the mixed powder and simmer for 2 minutes while stirring. Beat with a whisk before serving (this will avoid skin formation).
Note: Use less liquid for a firmer consistency. The consistency can vary greatly when using some plant-based drinks (e.g. rice drinks).
