How colorful!
Sometimes you just need a little color in your life! The Biovegan food colors are all natural! Use them for cheerful cake decorations, marzipan, baked goods, cake fillings or for Easter Eggs. The colors also work for creams, desserts, ice creams, jellies, drinks and smoothies! Let your ideas run wild! The practical coloring powders are very easy to dose and as they are made from natural plants they are even vegan and gluten-free! Free from aromas and chemicals.
Preperation: Mix the content of one bag with 1 tbsp. of lukewarm water and stir until smooth. Let the mixture rest for 5 min. so the powder can develop its full color. Then stir well again. Now add the mixture drop by drop to your recipe until you have the color result you want.
Notes:
- With the colours red, yellow, orange, purple, green and from now on also with blue!
- The contained food colors may be subject to natural color variations depending on the harvest.
- The food colors might change coloring or brightness due to different applications or heat treatment. They are not heat stable.
