Organic natural sourdough
Sourdough has history, as people have long used similar products to make cereal patties or breads. The vegan organic natural sourdough from Arche is a dough acidifier for whole grain breads, rolls and baguettes. It is very easy to prepare particularly aromatic, fluffy baked goods. In addition to consistency and taste, the organic natural sourdough also improves the shelf life of baked goods.
Tip: You can bake aromatic breads with sourdough in a breadmaker. You calculate to 540 g flour 4 tsp natural sourdough and 1/2 cube yeast, the amount of flour must be converted according to the type of machine and the manufacturer's instructions.
Preparation: Basic recipe: mix 1000 g whole wheat flour with 15 g Arche Bio sourdough (2 lightly heaped tablespoons), 1 sachet dry yeast and 1 teaspoon sea salt. Add 700 ml lukewarm water, knead well. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes, knead briefly and shape. Let rise for another 30 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes and then at 200°C for another 55 minutes. Makes 2 loaves of about 750 g each.
