Le Pain des Fleurs was founded in 2000 in the Haute-Loire region (France) and started with 100% organic buckwheat crispbreads. Sustainability, simplicity and high-quality natural ingredients characterize the brand: gluten-free certified by AFDIAG, vegan, allergen-free recipes without yeast or added flavors. Le Pain des Fleurs is considered a pioneer in extruded organic crispbreads. The development of the variety projects from buckwheat to quinoa and chestnut has continued.
