Vitamin A: contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and is involved in the normal functioning of the immune system as well as in the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.
Vitamin B1: is involved in numerous metabolic processes, such as normal energy metabolism and normal heart function. Good supply is also important for normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B2: is also involved in many metabolic processes and plays an important role in normal energy production from food.
Niacin (B3): is also involved in the normal functioning of the nervous system. It can contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin B6: is needed for the normal function of the immune system and the normal formation of red blood cells and is essential for the entire protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin C: is involved in the normal functioning of the immune system and promotes iron absorption in the small intestine. As an antioxidant, the vitamin also protects cell components from damage.
Vitamin D3: contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and thus plays an important role in the formation and maintenance of bone substance. The contribution to the normal functioning of the immune system is also scientifically recognised.
Vitamin E: protects cell components from oxidative damage.

Children 3 - 12 years: 1 x daily 5 ml
Children from 12 years and adults: 1 time daily 10 ml - best for breakfast
