The A2 milk comes from organic farming with specially selected cows that only give A2 milk. The difference lays in the beta-casein protein!
Nowadays regular cow's milk contains two main types of beta-casein protein. Originally, all cows were A2 cows. The beta-casein of A1 and A2 milk differs only in one place in the structure due to the presence of different amino acids.
This difference is crucial because digestion of A1 milk produces a final product of protein breakdown (BCM7), which is said to have various non-benefiting effects. No BCM7 is produced during the digestion of A2 milk.
Production: Holle A2 Organic Follow-on Milk 2 contains a selected whey protein and casein mixture. Holle A2 milk comes from specially selected cows that produce exclusively the A2 beta-casein protein. The A2 milk is from European organic farming. All ingredients are strictly controlled and guarantee maximum safety.

Usage: Can be used if replacing breast milk or Holle A2 Organic Infant Formula 1 or as an alternative to other follow-on milks. Also suitable for preparing Holle Organic Grain Porridges.
Preparation: Quick and easy preparation. The milk powder is simply shaken with boiled water.
Ingredients: Skimmed A2 MILK*¹, WHEY PRODUCE* (partially demineralized WHEY POWDER), vegetable oils* (palm oil*³, sunflower oil*, rapeseed oil*), maltodextrin*, starch*, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. ², L-tyrosine, vitamin C, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium citrate, sodium chloride, L-tryptophan, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, vitamin E, magnesium carbonate, niacin, copper sulphate, pantothenic acid, vitamin A, thiamine, vitamin B6, manganese sulphate, potassium iodide, folic acid, vitamin K, sodium selenite, vitamin D, biotin, vitamin B12.
* from organic farming, ¹baby milk powder is made from 181 ml skimmed milk, ²contains DHA (omega-3, required by law for follow-on formula), DHA contributes to the normal development of vision in infants up to the age of 12 months. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 100 mg DHA, ³from sustainable cultivation DHA in this product is plant-based (obtained from algae instead of fish oil).
1100 g powdered infant milk is made from 200 ml of skimmed milk.
