Spicy seaweed mix from the sea
For the Arche Sea Mix, the three seaweeds wakame, sea lettuce and nori are collected and gently dried under 42°C. The balanced spicy taste of this mix goes well with salads, vegetable dishes, tofu and rice. But also gallettes with a vegetable filling taste almost like vacation with a touch of seaweed!
Preparation: Soak the seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes. Then drain and continue to process.
Ingredients: Wakame* (Undaria), Sea Lettuce* (Ulva spp.), Nori* (Porphyra) (in varying proportions by weight).
