The Arche Organic Shoyu is characterized by the traditional production with long maturation periods (18-24 months) in cedar barrels. This is true craftsmanship: the shoyu ferments naturally without control of temperature or other values.
The purely vegetable organic soy sauce made from soybeans and wheat is a mildly spicy, versatile, vegan seasoning for Asian and European cuisine: for seasoning and refining vegetable dishes, soups, in dressings and dips to seasoning at the table.
Important: To preserve the full flavor, add the naturally brewed organic shoyu only at the end of cooking.
Tip: In recipes, Arche Organic Shoyu can be used anywhere instead of light soy sauce! And if you like it less salty, try our shoyu reduced salt!
Note: Due to the fermentation process, soy sauces naturally contain alcohol.
