Organic sushi rice for homemade sushi.
Arche organic sushi rice is perfect for homemade rolled organic sushi. The white Selenio rice from northwestern Italy is easy to work with: the fine, round rice grains swell during cooking and stick together well. Usage, processing and preparation instructions:
- Place water in a pot and thoroughly wash the sushi rice in it. Then drain the rice into a colander and let it drain.
- Bring the rice to a boil with 1 3/4 times the amount of fresh water, then let it swell on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and then let swell for another 10 minutes until done.
- Follow with recipe or season as sushi rice.
