This is how you use Lavera Sensitive & Repair mouthwash:
Warnings: Suitable for adults only. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Protect from light and heat. Does not substitute for brushing teeth. Discontinue use if mouth irritation occurs. Contains sodium fluoride (350 ppm F-).
Directions for use: It is best to rinse with approx. 10-20 ml (see cap) of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds after each tooth brushing and then spit out. For full effect, do not rinse with water.
