Versatile uses! Arche Barley Malt

This organic barley malt with an aromatic malty note is ideal for rounding off salad dressings and for preparing vegetable dishes and soups. Delicious also pure as a spread. For Arche Bio Malze, germinated grain is traditionally malted in a gentle process: the enzymes of the grain convert the long-chain carbohydrates. This is how the natural sweetness is created. Note: Arche barley malt is not an active baking malt.
