Prepared with red juice, clear juice or water, you could choose the color of your cake glaze. Ark Organic Cake Frosting is vegan, gluten-free and has just the right amount for a fruit base. You just need a little patience - the vegetable gelling agent agar agar gels after boiling, when it cools down to about 35°C.
Preparation: Mix the sachet contents of the Arche Bio cake glaze with juice or cold water, bring to the boil while stirring and leave to cool for 20-25 minutes. Stir again and again. As soon as the liquid thickens, spread quickly on the fruit base.
