Chocolate pudding with fine cocoa

This favorite of many children (and adults) is composed with extra organic cocoa. The pudding is gluten-free, vegan and especially chocolaty and makes you want to snack already while cooking! Arche organic chocolate pudding tastes good as a dessert and in between. It goes well with Arche Organic Vanilla Sauce.

Preparation: Mix the pudding powder with 6 tablespoons of milk / vegetable drink and 2 tablespoons of sweetener. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, add the mixed pudding powder and boil briefly while stirring. To turn out, place the pudding in a bowl rinsed with cold water and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Ingredients: Corn starch*, heavily deoiled cocoa powder* (22%), sea salt.
