Arche Bio Sahne-Fest keeps fine cakes, creamy desserts and whipped cream stable longer. Sprinkled with a little Bio Sahne-Fest before topping, fruit bases also soften more slowly.
Preparation: whip chilled cream (soy cream) briefly, stir in sachet contents of cream firming agent and Arche vanilla sugar to taste, whip until stiff and serve chilled.
Ingredients: Corn starch*, dextrose*.
