By the way - Arche Klaxe are Kraute. This comes from turnip cabbage and has history, because originally the leaves of turnips were finely chopped and cooked as a vegetable similar to red cabbage. Beets were made into syrup by boiling them down and simply called it the same thing in the early 18th century.
