Glass noodles - unique & organic!
The Asian noodle specialty is so popular because of the many uses and its almost glassy appearance: in soups, sauces, deep-fried, fried or in salads for example with vegetables, mint, chili, coriander and not to forget in delicious spring rolls.
The gluten-free Ark glass noodles are made from pure organic pea starch. The preparation is simple and succeeds safely - the noodles are added directly to soups or sauces and still cook a little. Alternatively, they can also be cooked "classically" or simply poured over with boiling water.
Bring plenty of water to a boil. Add glass noodles and loosen with a fork. Boil for 4 minutes, drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Drain and process directly.
ALTERNATIVELY add glass noodles directly to a boiling soup or sauce and cook for 4 min. OR Pour boiling water over glass noodles, loosen slightly, cover and let stand 5 min. Drain and process according to recipe.
