Perfect for thickening! Arche Guar Flour

The vegetable thickener is obtained from small, approx. 5 mm large seeds of the guar plant. Ark Organic Guar Flour is vegan, gluten-free and binds with and without cooking. The gluten-free binder is ideal for desserts, cold dishes and dips as well as for sauces, soups and gratins.

Preparation: 1/2 level tsp (approx. 1.5 g) organic guar gum for 150 ml sauce, gratin stock or cold dips and for 200 ml soup or cold dish. Stir in guar flour through a fine sieve and bring to the boil briefly or allow to swell without boiling.
