Young jackfruit in brine

Ark Jackfruit gratefully accepts any seasoning and is incredibly flexible to use. The very neutral tasting jackfruit cubes have a slightly fibrous consistency. Chopped and seasoned as desired, they taste great in curries, goulash, salads as well as marinated and fried with vegetables.

For Ark Jackfruit, the young fruits are peeled directly and cut into pieces. A hint of lime and some sea salt just add a flavorful icing on the cake.
