The organic miso soup with a particularly fresh taste is an instant soup and the ideal companion for on the go and at work. A touch of seaweed perfectly round off the flavor. Quickly prepared with hot water, it tastes deliciously warming and spicy.
Preparation: Pour 150 ml of water over one sachet of organic miso soup, stir and allow to infuse briefly.
Ingredients: Rice miso* (65%) (seasoning paste: soybeans*, whole rice*, water, sea salt, Aspergillus oryzae), water, Mikawa Mirin* (alcoholic rice wine seasoning sauce: Rice*, water, Aspergillus oryzae), shoyu* (soy sauce*: water, soybeans*) wheat*, sea salt, Aspergillus oryzae), sea salt, wakame sea vegetables (1%), kombu sea vegetables (0.3%).
