Nori, unroasted - Japanese red seaweed

The red seaweed has a delicate spicy aroma and is a delicious addition to soups, pasta and vegetables or roasted for sushi rolls.

Preparation: lightly roast nori over a gas flame or other heat source and process according to recipe.

Ingredients: Japanese red seaweed (Porphyra tenera).

Nori leaves from Japan are not yet available in certified organic Quality.
