Mixture of organic seaweed

The mixture of three organic seaweeds enriches many dishes with its fine spicy note, ideal for salads, soups, in sauces and dips, in pancakes and omelets as well as in marinades for tofu or fish.

Preparation: Arche Organic Sea Lettuce rinse in a colander and simply steep in a cold or warm liquid for 1-2 min.

Ingredients: Dulse*, Sea Lettuce*, Nori* (in varying proportions by weight).
