The salt-reduced organic Tamari is full-bodied-aromatic in taste, mild in salt content and gluten-free. The soy sauce is ideal as a basic seasoning for many soups and sauces as well as for marinating and rounding off many dishes. The gluten-free organic Tamari has a good 25% less salt than other soy sauces.
