Arche Organic Tapioca is a fine, tasteless starch made from the starchy root tubers of the cassava plant. The organic starch is a gluten-free and ideal binder for soups and sauces, it gives them an optimal consistency and light gloss, as known from good Asian restaurants.
Gluten-free pastries, cakes and desserts can also be made in no time with this uncomplicated starch. Especially practical in the resealable tin! Arche baking and binding agents can be purchased in organic supermarkets, organic food stores and natural food stores.
Preparation: For 500 ml of liquid such as soups and sauces, mix approx. 2-3 tsp (approx. 10 g) with some cold liquid and stir into the remaining boiled mass. Bring to the boil briefly while stirring.
