The organic udon noodles are vegan and are produced according to the original Japanese method. For this, the fresh noodle dough is rolled traditionally by hand in Europe and gently dried. The mild taste of this versatile Asian noodle specialty tastes particularly delicious with fine sauces, in sophisticated salads and soups, woks and fried noodle dishes.
Preparation: boil the udon noodles in salted water for 14 min. and then briefly rinse with cold water and drain well.
