In practice, pilgrimage or hiking tours lasting several days are also a physical challenge, because most people today are no longer used to walking and carrying loads. Pilgrim Oil® was developed by Martin Evers on his pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela and extensively tested on his pilgrimage from the Westerwald to Rome in 2009.

Area of use: In the run-up to longer or heavy loads to prepare the feet and the entire musculoskeletal system and to prevent blisters. Can be used for pilgrimage, hiking, walking, jogging, marathon running, etc.

Application: Apply locally several times a day as needed. Before planned prolonged exercise, begin daily rubbing a few weeks in advance and continue treatment twice a day during the activity. For a soothing massage, apply to the area to be treated or stressed and massage the body area under gentle pressure.
