Description

Made from natural rubber

The soother is made from natural rubber in a way which is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The soft, straight shield in the shape of a heart rests beneath your baby`s nose and allows for free lip and mouth movement. The ventilation holes in a heart shape prevent the child from sucking too tight and allow for better air circulation, which means that skin rashes may be avoided. The dummy is available in three different sizes. We recommend size 1 for babies from 0 to 6 months, size 2 for babies from 6 to 18 months and size 3 for toddlers over 18 months. Made from natural rubber latex. The product complies with the EN 1400 safety standard.

Allergic note: Some children may have an allergic reaction to natural rubber. Should you notice an allergic reaction while using the soother, stop using the soother immediately.

Safety note:
- Inspect carefully before each use. Pull the soother in all directions.
- Throw away at the fi rst signs of damage or weakness.
- Only use dedicated soother holders tested to EN 12586. Never attach other ribbons or cords to a soother, your child may be strangled by them.
- Tears, bite marks, stickiness or changes in the shape of the soother may cause small parts to fall off and be swallowed posing a suffocation hazard.
- The soother must not be left in direct sunlight or close to a heat source and must not be left in contact with a disinfectant ("sterilising solution") for longer than recommended as this may damage the teat.
- Before first use, boil the soother in water for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly under running hot water. Leave it to cool and squeeze out any water that is trapped in the soother. This will ensure optimum hygiene.
- Clean the soother before each use.
- Never dip the teat in sweet or medicated substances as this could cause tooth decay and damage to the material.
- Replace the soother every one to two months to ensure safety and hygiene.
- If the soother gets stuck in the child`s mouth: DO NOT PANIC. It cannot be swallowed and is designed to ensure that this does not happen. Carefully take the soother out of the child`s mouth, as gently as possible.

Care Note:
- Rinse the soother thoroughly under running hot water.
- Do not use any abrasive detergents to clean the soother.
- Not suitable for use in a microwave and not dishwasher safe.
- This is a natural product. The soother may discolour from boiling or over time - this does not affect the quality of the product and is a natural process. The natural rubber smell will disappear with time and is completely harmless.
