Holle breastfeeding tea to support milk production
This harmonious tea preparation from Holle can be drunk towards the end of pregnancy and throughout the entire breastfeeding period. It contains valuable fenugreek seeds, which are known to support milk production. Honeybush and lemon verbena provide a pleasant, refreshing flavour.
Preparation: Pour approx. 200 ml of freshly boiled water over a tea bag and allow to infuse for 5-10 min. Remove the tea bag and allow to cool down before drinking.
Note: Holle Organic Breastfeeding Tea can be used towards the end of pregnancy and throughout the entire breastfeeding period. It is recommended to drink 3-6 cups of Holle Organic Breastfeeding Tea throughout the day.
