Shirataki Tagliatelle

Arche Bio Shirataki are konjac noodles and are made in Japan from the dietary fiber glucomannan of the konjac root. In Asia, these practically completely calorie-free noodles are traditionally appreciated as part of a low-calorie diet and are now also very popular in Europe.

Organic Shirataki Tagliatelle are gluten-free, vegan and slightly wider than spaghetti. They are ideal for many dishes, because the konjac noodles already take on subtle notes of sauces and are quick - in just 1 min cooking time - and easy to prepare.
