The organic noodles with their delicate nutty aroma of buckwheat go particularly well with strong vegetable dishes, cold with dipping sauces or hot in Dashi broth. Preparation: boil Arche organic soba noodles for 6 min with a little salt in plenty of water, then rinse briefly with cold water and drain well.
