Wakame, brown seaweed

Arche Organic Wakame are dried seaweed with a pleasant spicy note. The seaweed tastes delicious in soups, salads and vegetable
dishes.

Note: Seaweed contains salt. The salt may crystallize as a white coating and is a sign of naturalness.

Preparation: Now easier to use - cut into bite-sized strips!

Clean Arche Organic Wakame under running water, soak in cold water for 5 min. Drain and cook in fresh water for 2 min (do not use soaking water). The preparation reduces the iodine content.

Ingredients: Wakame (Undaria Pinatifida) from organic collection, gently dried (40°C).

May contain traces of crustaceans.
