Roll in!

With this mat of fine bamboo sticks sushi can be prepared quickly and easily. The bamboo sticks of this traditional mat "Makisu" are wound together with cotton threads. This not only looks good, but also provides the right elasticity to form the rice rolls nicely. Finally, the sushi roll is lightly pressed with the mat for optimal adhesion. The bamboo mat is used again and again, simply rinse with lukewarm water and let it air dry.
