Byodo corn and rice pasta - for the typical Italian flavour
Byodo Sedani provide a fine flavour experience for every pasta connoisseur, gluten-free! Lighter flavoured sauces like to get caught in their narrow cavities and grooves. The perfectly balanced ratio of Italian rice and savoury corn ensures a first-class bite.
Due to their curved shape, sedani are still called ‘ivory pasta’ in their native Naples.
Preparation: For perfect preparation, use one liter of water for 100g of pasta. The cooking time is 9 - 11 minutes.
