Casarecce originally come from Sicily and are reminiscent of small scrolls. Their twisted shape creates two cavities that absorb any delicious sauce particularly well. They are a real treat for the palate.
Our tip: The twisted casarecce rice and corn can be wonderfully combined with pistachio pesto or a well-seasoned Bolognese sauce.
Preparation: For perfect preparation, use one liter of water for 100g of pasta. The cooking time is 9 - 11 minutes.
