Byodo Spirelli Chickpea - typically twisted, for more sauce
It doesn't get more twisted than our spirelli! With its playful nature, this irresistible Neapolitan speciality can carry off any sauce and combine with it. The finest organic chickpea flour ensures a high protein and fibre content. This makes chickpea spirelli perfect for a balanced and gluten-free diet.
Our tip: The slightly nutty flavour of the spirelli harmonises wonderfully with Mediterranean vegetables and mozzarella. It also tastes wonderful hot or cold in colourful bowls or salads.
Preparation: For perfect preparation, use one liter of water for 100g of pasta. The cooking time is 5 - 6 minutes.
