It grows to a height of up to 20 cm and is characterized by white, aromatically scented flower heads. Chamomile has been known for its healing properties since ancient times. In traditional naturopathy, Roman chamomile is used to relieve complaints of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract and skin problems.
