Tamari is a full-flavored soy sauce made only from soybeans. The strong taste makes the Tamari a versatile basic seasoning of soups, sauces and vegetable dishes. It is also ideal for marinating tofu, vegetables or fish, as Tamari retains its flavor even during vigorous sautéing and longer cooking times.
