ARCHE Seitan-Fix – Easy Seitan Delight for Creative Vegan Dishes!
With ARCHE Seitan-Fix, you can quickly and easily make delicious organic seitan at home. Seitan absorbs the flavors of broths, sauces, or spices exceptionally well, making it an ideal meat substitute. Once the mixture is kneaded and cooked, you can create a wide variety of dishes: use it as mince in a vegan Bolognese, for stuffed vegetables, breaded as a “schnitzel,” vegan carbonara, and much more!
A portion of the cooked seitan can be easily stored in the refrigerator for a few days or frozen for later use.

Preparation:
Knead 100 g Seitan-Fix mixture well with 100 ml water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ARCHE Shoyu and spices as desired. Shape into a flat ball and cook in vegetable stock for approx. 15 minutes. Then process according to the recipe.
