With ARCHE ramen noodles, you can easily prepare the popular ramen soups at home. These versatile noodles are easy to portion and quick and easy to prepare, making them a sure-fire choice. They taste great in soups as well as in vegetable dishes or as a side dish. Incidentally, in Japan, "ramen" refers to both the noodles and the soup.
Preparation: Add the noodles directly to the hot, prepared soup and leave to stand for 5-6 minutes. As a side dish, simply place the ramen in lightly salted boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
OR: Pour boiling, lightly salted water over the ramen and leave to infuse for 8-9 minutes, drain and use according to the recipe.
Store in a dry place away from heat.
