Wok Noodles

The tender, rolled noodles are perfectly balanced with a mild taste and a pleasant bite, making them ideal for all kinds of wok and stir-fry dishes. They are also ideal as a side dish or in salads and soups!

Preparation: For wok dishes, stir-fries and soups, add the noodles directly to the liquid without pre-cooking and simmer for 5 minutes. As a side dish, place the noodles in plenty of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and then rinse with cold water and drain well.

Store in a dry place away from heat.
