All ingredients are of natural origin, vegan, gluten and lactose free. My Night is available in convenient and ready-to-eat capsule form - For a valuable addition to your general daily diet.

Recommended consumption: Take 2 capsules daily a ½ to 1 hour before bedtime with some liquid. Contents per recommended daily intake (2 capsules):

• Passionflower extract: 200 mg.
• Ashwagandha root extract: 200 mg
• Lavender flower extract: 200 mg
• Black nettle herb extract: 150 mg

Important Notes: Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Not recommended for children, pregnant and nursing women. One package contains 46 capsules = 24.9 g. Store in a dry place and not above 25 °C.
