Japanese twig tea
For this tea, the tender twigs of the tea bush are harvested in late autumn and stored for 2 to 3 years. During this ripening period they develop their full aroma, which is mildly rounded off by the subsequent roasting. The balanced taste and low caffeine content make Arche Organic Kukicha Tea an ideal drink for the whole day. A real pleasure! The branch tea is available loose and in infusion bags.
Preparation: Add 2 teaspoons of organic Kukicha to 500 ml of boiled water and steep for 5 minutes on the lowest heat. For the infusion bag tea, infuse 1 bag per cup with boiled water and steep for 5 min.
