Rice paper for spring rolls!
Spring rolls are the most popular Asian finger food ever - with Arche organic rice paper it is easy and quick to prepare. There are no limits to your imagination - vegan, organic, vegetarian, gluten-free, everything is possible!
Typical fillings for the light specialty are vegetables like carrots, white cabbage, sprouts or even rice noodles like Arche Organic Bifun. Try the rolls cold as summer roll or lucky roll and fried as spring roll.
Delicious with the traditional Arche soy or Asian dipping sauces.
Prepare the filling and season. Prepare a deep plate with warm water. Place the individual organic rice paper sheets in the water for 30 seconds. Place 2 tablespoons of filling on each rice paper sheet, fold the sides and roll up tightly. Serve the rolls unfried to taste, pan fry with a little fat until golden brown, deep fry or cook in the oven brushed with a little oil until crispy.
