Arche VegEgg is the vegan alternative to eggs. With the versatile and high-yield vegan egg substitute, you do not have to do without the dough-loosening and binding properties of eggs. Simply stirred with cold water, you can use Bio VegEgg in many recipes such as sponge cakes, waffles, pancakes, casseroles and gratins. Not suitable for the preparation of egg dishes such as scrambled eggs.
Preparation: Mix 1 lightly heaped tablespoon (approx. 7.5 g) VegEgg with 30 ml cold water, allow to swell for 5 min. and stir well again. You can use the stirred VegEgg in recipes like egg.
Ingredients: Lupine flour (55%)*, corn starch*, maltodextrin*, thickener: locust bean gum*, sea salt, curcuma*.
